AI Native Developer (Agentic / Applied)

About the role

You will design, build, and deploy production‑grade agentic AI systems that operate in real enterprise environments. The role involves close collaboration with client development teams to create reusable patterns and accelerators that scale across engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end multi‑agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, policy routing, tool invocation, memory management and observability.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines including embeddings, chunking, vector search and context‑window tuning.
• Abstract across multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, open‑source) with fallback routing, token, cost and latency management.
• Implement LLM Ops in production: eval harnesses, prompt versioning, observability tooling (LangSmith, Braintrust or equivalent), cost and safety monitoring.
• Embed with client teams to prototype, run workshops, code‑with sessions and architecture walkthroughs.
• Create reusable frameworks, accelerators and playbooks to accelerate future engagements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software development in production environments.
• At least 1 year delivering agentic AI solutions in production.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Proven ability to integrate and manage LLM APIs from multiple providers.
• Hands‑on experience building and operating RAG pipelines and LLM Ops practices.
• Strong background in cloud‑native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, Terraform/Helm).

• Python (primary language); Java or equivalent backend language.
• LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar orchestration tools.
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI APIs.
• Embeddings, vector search, chunking strategies.
• LangSmith, Braintrust or comparable observability platforms.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm.
