Junior Finance Controller

About the role

This Junior Finance Controller position is a key finance business partner role that works closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional operational teams. The role supports strategic initiatives, drives financial insight, and ensures strong financial control across marketing, sales, and supply chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyze marketing spend versus budget, evaluate campaign ROI, and provide pricing and margin insights.
• Manage month‑end close, expense booking, and balance‑sheet control.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Commercial Fixed Costs, identifying cost‑efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor customer inventory levels, analyze POS data, and flag risks such as overstock or stock‑outs.
• Assist in net working capital and cash‑flow analysis, recommending improvements to the cash conversion cycle.
• Contribute to monthly forecasting, annual planning, and integration of sell‑out, inventory, and balance‑sheet data.
