About the role
Ware Malcomb is seeking a Job Captain to support the delivery of innovative architectural projects for a diverse client base. The role combines design development, coordination, and construction administration, offering a platform to advance your architectural career within a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project phases (site planning, conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, construction administration) with consultants and internal teams.
- Prepare and manage high‑quality construction documents using Revit.
- Assist the Project Manager or Architect with construction services, including site visits, shop‑drawing reviews, and submittal preparation.
- Conduct code research and analysis for each project.
- Support schedule and budget reviews, and communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and ability to coordinate complete contract documents.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with Newforma project‑information management.
- Solid understanding of building codes and construction documentation.
