IT Team Leader (Quebec City or Montreal)

About the role

Lacroix Private Medicine is seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to oversee technology operations across its rapidly growing network of clinics. Based primarily in Laval with the option to work from Quebec City or Montreal, you will ensure that critical systems run smoothly and support the delivery of high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, security, and end‑user support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple technical teams across several sites.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain high service quality and continuous performance.
• Drive process improvement initiatives such as change management, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee IT supplier relationships and cost management.
• Strengthen cybersecurity measures and maintain business continuity and backup plans.
• Participate in strategic IT decision‑making and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for complex network or system issues when needed.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in team or operations management.
• Proven experience managing IT in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision, and ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent analytical and risk‑management skills.
• University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
