IT Systems Analyst – Cloud & On‑Premises Support

About the role

We are seeking a tech‑savvy IT Systems Analyst to keep our technology operations running smoothly. In this full‑time position you will resolve help‑desk tickets, manage both cloud (Microsoft 365) and on‑premises Windows Server environments, and drive new IT projects across our fitness clubs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to Help Desk tickets promptly to maintain hardware, software, network, and server stability.
• Set up, modify, and terminate user accounts across company‑wide systems for new hires and departures.
• Investigate errors, determine root causes, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Administer on‑premises Windows Server and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Assist with deployment and implementation of new hardware, software, and systems.
• Help design, document, and roll out new IT projects and integrations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in Help Desk, IT Support or System Administration roles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with VMware, backup solutions (e.g., Veeam) and relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
