IT Support Specialist

About the role

Join the IT team of a renowned Relais & Châteaux resort as an IT Support Specialist. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to staff and guests, ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly in a beautiful West Coast setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical support for hardware, software, network and other IT issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimise operational disruption.
• Assist the IT Manager with system maintenance, updates, and preventative checks.
• Set up and configure computers, servers, network equipment and other devices for staff.
• Log, track and escalate tickets using the resort’s help‑desk system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware, software licences and peripherals.
• Create and update documentation, standards and user guides.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on hospitality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service quality.
