About the role

Join the IT team of a renowned Relais & Châteaux resort on Vancouver Island. As an IT Support Specialist you will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to both staff and guests, ensuring all IT systems run smoothly in a high‑service hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimise operational disruption.
• Assist the IT Manager with system maintenance, updates, and preventive checks.
• Set up and configure IT equipment and applications for staff.
• Log incidents, track requests in the help‑desk system, and escalate complex problems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware, software, and licenses.
• Contribute to the development of IT standards, procedures, and user guides.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and guests.
