IT Support Specialist – Hybrid (Montreal/Toronto)

About the role

Mandy's is expanding its restaurant network across Canada and needs a dedicated IT Support Specialist to keep all locations running smoothly. Reporting to the VP of Technology, you will ensure 24/7 uptime for hardware, POS systems, and network infrastructure in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting for restaurant hardware, POS terminals, and network issues to prevent downtime.
• Execute real‑time menu, pricing, and promotion updates across digital sales channels and physical POS touchpoints.
• Audit and maintain accurate operating hours, location details, and schedule data on internal systems and third‑party delivery platforms.
• Manage the full lifecycle of corporate and restaurant hardware, including rapid setup, user access provisioning, and secure decommissioning.
• Administer the internal IT ticketing system, track trends, and ensure data integrity across the tech stack.
• Make final decisions on ticket resolution pathways, menu deployment timing, hardware provisioning standards, and field vendor dispatch.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably in a multi‑site retail or restaurant environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize urgent issues.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with restaurant teams and third‑party vendors.
