IT Operations Manager – Private Healthcare

About the role

Lacroix Private Medicine is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead the technology function across its network of private clinics in Quebec. The role ensures reliable, secure, and high‑performing IT services that support clinicians, staff, and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all IT operations including support, infrastructure, networks, systems, and security.
• Manage technical managers and teams such as support staff and system administrators.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and SLAs to guarantee service quality.
• Handle major incidents, coordinate recovery plans, and oversee change management.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and participate in budget planning.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster‑recovery, and business‑continuity plans.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users, including cybersecurity awareness.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in operations or technical team management.
• Strong analytical, risk‑management, and strategic‑vision capabilities.
• Proven leadership in multi‑site environments and a results‑oriented mindset.
