IT Field Service Technician – On‑Call (London, ON)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking experienced IT Field Service Technicians to support a client in London, Ontario. The role is on‑call and ticket‑based, focusing on hardware, networking, and server‑related tasks for a one‑day assignment on July 31st, with potential future sporadic work.

Key responsibilities

• Remove equipment from 18 desks and install new equipment at 22 desks.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and POS systems.
• Perform network troubleshooting and hardware installations.
• Execute IMAC (install, move, add, change) projects and ensure accurate service stock levels.
• Provide professional on‑site customer service and adhere to Service Level Agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• At least 6 months of proven customer‑service experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean driving record, and personal vehicle.
• Availability between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and willingness to travel, including overnight stays if required.

• A+ certification or equivalent experience.
