Product Manager

About the role

Join CARFAX Canada’s Product Management team to own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to market optimisation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to deliver customer‑centric solutions for the automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Technology, Marketing, Data, Sales and Customer Experience teams.
• Gather market insights, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and translate findings into product proposals.
• Define roadmaps, write clear user stories and collaborate with development teams to deliver features.
• Drive commercialization efforts, creating go‑to‑market deliverables for sales and marketing.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to align product vision with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C software environment.
• Proven ability to use data to inform decisions, track consumer metrics and measure success.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong analytical and business acumen.
• Experience in automotive or marketplace products is an asset.
