IT Coordinator – Front‑line Technical Support

About the role
RAM is seeking an IT Coordinator I to provide first‑line technical support across a growing organization. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, assisting end users, and gaining hands‑on experience with system administration, cybersecurity, and emerging AI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑level support in person, by phone, email and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Deploy, configure and maintain Windows and macOS devices.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Central and user account administration.
- Assist with cybersecurity tasks such as endpoint protection, phishing response and security monitoring.
- Install software, roll out updates and ensure endpoint compliance.
- Maintain meeting‑room technology, printers, mobile devices and networking equipment.
- Keep IT asset inventory, documentation and ticket records up to date.
- Contribute to projects involving automation, AI tools, reporting and infrastructure improvements.
- Travel occasionally to field offices for on‑site support.
Required profile
- Diploma or post‑secondary education in IT, Computer Systems or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support or help‑desk experience.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, automation, scripting or AI.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and stay calm under pressure.
Required skills
- Windows and macOS device management.
- Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune).
- Endpoint Central & ServiceDesk Plus.
- Cisco networking fundamentals and Cisco Umbrella.
- Microsoft Power Platform and PowerShell.
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
- Jira, Autodesk, Bluebeam and Adobe applications.
