About the role

We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our Montreal office. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting both on‑site and remote employees, and ensuring smooth operation of cloud and on‑premise services.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, administer, and maintain IT hardware, software, and services, including Microsoft 365 cloud applications.
  • Coordinate IT requests and provide comprehensive support to employees in Montreal.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, perform performance analyses, and conduct backup and recovery procedures.
  • Administer virtual server environments using VMware.
  • Manage releases and updates of standard software.
  • Administer and further develop Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central.
  • Contribute to internal IT projects and initiatives.

Required profile

  • Solid knowledge of at least two operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and databases such as MS SQL.
  • Extensive experience administering Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central.
  • Good English skills; German is a plus.
