About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for all IT‑related inquiries and support requests. You will ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure while delivering exceptional customer service to employees.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets, guaranteeing timely resolution of technical issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain systems and infrastructure.
- Document and maintain IT procedures, guidelines, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects such as system migrations and software deployments.
- Train and educate end‑users on IT best practices and procedures.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an IT team.
