Inventory Associate

About the role

The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the integrity of the inventory control process. This position works across production and warehousing teams to ensure materials and products are correctly tracked and documented.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and periodic full inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances by reviewing system data and physical stock.
• Coordinate with production and warehousing teams to validate inventory movements.
• Track and document inventory adjustments, transfers, and corrections; prepare related reports.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy.
• Perform other duties as required to support inventory control and operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehousing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials; comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Microsoft Excel.
