Overnight AM Sorter – Edmonton

About the role

Purolator is seeking an Overnight AM Sorter to work the 23:00‑07:30 shift at its Edmonton North Depot. You will be responsible for sorting and separating freight by destination, weight, size, and shape to meet client delivery schedules in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload freight from curbside trucks onto the conveyor and from the conveyor back into trucks.
• Load freight into linehaul/cube trucks or trailers for outbound shipments.
• Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles.
• Manually transfer bulk or non‑conveyable items as needed.
• Scan all shipped or received mail and packages to identify improperly sorted items and priority or weekend deliveries.

Required profile

• Quick learner able to thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible overnight hours.
• Technological literacy for scanning and tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with team members.
• Physical ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs and wear CSA‑approved safety footwear.
• Successful completion of a criminal record check.
