Class 3 Truck Driver – Local Routes

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Class 3 Truck Driver to join our Edmonton team. You will operate straight or articulated trucks on local routes, delivering materials while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Load and unload goods, tarp cargo and secure loads.
• Operate straight or articulated trucks (stone slinger, dump, flatbed) to transport materials.
• Inspect vehicle condition, tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment before, during and after trips.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip inspections and complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with central dispatch, recording cargo details, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of local truck driving experience.
• Valid Class 3 (or D) driver’s licence with Air Brakes endorsement.
• Defensive Driving Course certification.
• Organised, team‑player with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
