We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead the design process and deliver innovative architectural solutions that reflect Kelowna’s natural beauty. The role combines creative design, project management, and team leadership to exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design Excellence: Lead the design process and develop architectural concepts that embrace the beauty and uniqueness of Kelowna’s natural surroundings, creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams such as interior designers, engineers, and contractors to integrate design disciplines into cohesive solutions.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their vision, and translate it into exceptional architectural designs, providing expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and mentor junior architects, fostering professional growth and promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
