About the role
Mango Insurance is seeking an energetic Insurance Broker to join our Calgary team. The role focuses on building client relationships, assessing insurance needs, and delivering tailored coverage solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Establish client insurance coverage and identify potential markets.
- Ensure completion of required forms, medical examinations and policy documentation.
- Monitor insurance claims and respond promptly to client enquiries.
- Provide customer service and detailed information on group and individual insurance packages, coverage options, benefits and policy features.
- Sell a range of insurance products including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine and aircraft.
- Maintain accurate client records and update policy information in the company's system.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in insurance brokerage or related field.
- Provincial or territorial insurance licence.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
