Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Pacific Roof Centre, a roofing and siding materials distributor serving homeowners, contractors, home builders and developers, is hiring an Inside Sales representative in Kelowna. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the store and by phone for sales transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's first point of contact while shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Complete sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports and purchase orders
• Provide excellent support and build long-term relationships with existing customers, and help develop new ones
• Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations and legislation
• Perform other duties as required

Required profile

• 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting or sales experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
• Authorization to work in Canada
