Inside Sales / Call Centre Representative

About the role

The Inside Sales/Call Centre Representative will build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, driving sales across multiple industries. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the role focuses on expanding Aurum's business while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach.
• Present, promote and sell Aurum’s services to existing and prospective customers.
• Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Route inbound sales calls to appropriate sales executives.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, offering solutions or alternatives.
• Coordinate sales plans with operations and scheduling teams.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM and track market potential.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma considered an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Experience in a call‑centre environment preferred.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a proven sales track record.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Ability to adapt to different personality types and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and organizational abilities.
