Infrastructure & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to design, deploy, and manage our hybrid on‑premises and cloud environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. The role ensures performance, security, and reliability while supporting business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage server infrastructure both on‑premises and in Azure (VMs, networking, storage, identity, backups).
• Monitor system performance, availability, security, and reliability of servers and cloud services.
• Manage user access and identity across Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid setups.
• Implement backup, disaster‑recovery, patching, and update processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for incidents, VM provisioning, server configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Work within security and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS Controls, ISO 27001) using tools such as GLPI, Zabbix, Wazuh, and NetFlow.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to integrate cloud infrastructure with applications.
• Document architecture, configurations, procedures, and runbooks.
• Propose improvements for performance, cost‑efficiency, scalability, and resilience.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in hybrid environments.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, subnets, and security groups.
• Excellent communication, independent work style, and thorough documentation practices.
