Information Systems Analyst – Computer Systems

About the role

We are seeking an Information Systems Analyst to design, develop and implement computer system solutions for our clients in the telecommunications and software sectors. The role involves translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring secure, high‑quality delivery of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Confer with clients to identify and document technical requirements.
• Prepare cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation.
• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions.
• Assess physical and technical security risks and develop mitigation policies.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews and usability testing of software products.
• Provide post‑sale support and resolve conflict situations.

Required profile

• Accurate and detail‑oriented with strong analytical judgment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Client‑focused, proactive and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Team player with flexibility and innovation mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft SQL (certified).
• SQL database querying.
• JSON data handling.
• Cloud computing concepts.
