Industrialization Project Leader (Chargé de projet Industrialisation)

About the role

Airbus Canada is looking for an Industrialization Project Leader to join the Pre‑FAL Industrialization team in Mirabel, Quebec. You will help define the A220 industrial strategy, drive critical improvement projects and support product development to minimise manufacturing impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define the evolution of assembly lines and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Deploy and monitor critical improvement projects across the Pre‑FAL site.
• Support ramp‑up activities and ensure smooth transition to full production.
• Collaborate with product development teams to limit manufacturing constraints.
• Contribute to Airbus Canada’s strategic objectives through data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management and manufacturing engineering.
• Background in industrialization, preferably in aerospace or related high‑tech sectors.
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
• Manufacturing engineering principles.
• Industrialization processes and tools.
