Industrial Mechanic & Millwright

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic and Millwright to join our Mississauga facility. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of industrial machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical equipment and stationary industrial machinery.
• Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment irregularities and malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Repair or replace defective machinery parts and perform routine maintenance.
• Program and commission PLCs and CNC machine tools.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial mechanics or millwright work.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work well in a team.
• Physical ability to bend, crouch, kneel, stand for long periods and work under pressure.
