Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

View Dental is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support its expanding talent acquisition efforts across multiple dental clinics and corporate departments. The role will manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires while partnering closely with hiring managers and the HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment activities, from posting jobs to extending offers.
• Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, referrals and recruitment databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial outreach, and schedule interviews.
• Maintain communication with candidates and track progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare employment offers, contracts, and conduct reference and background checks.
• Manage onboarding logistics, documentation, orientation scheduling and system setup for new hires.
• Coordinate off‑boarding processes, including resignation handling, termination paperwork and exit interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare reports and assist with workforce planning.
