About the role
Indigo is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its Home Office team. The role partners with specific Home Office departments and client groups to embed best‑in‑class HR practices, drive high performance, and support the company’s mission to inspire reading and enrich lives.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted advisory relationships with business and people leaders, providing strategic HR guidance.
- Lead core HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and total rewards.
- Support organizational design and operational model changes, assessing talent impact.
- Leverage people analytics to identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and enhance culture and team effectiveness.
- Provide communication and change‑management expertise for business initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives across assigned client groups.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR business partner or manager, preferably in a fast‑moving, customer‑centric environment.
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and act as a strategic partner.
- Excellent analytical mindset with experience using people data to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated skill in managing change, organizational design, and talent development.
