Human Resources Generalist

About the role

REDspace is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide hands‑on support across the employee lifecycle in a fast‑growing tech environment. You will partner with managers and employees to foster a collaborative culture, ensure compliance, and deliver high‑quality HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Support development, rollout, and administration of HR policies, programs, and practices.
• Provide coaching to employees and managers on HR policies, engagement, and performance challenges.
• Act as first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR questions and support needs.
• Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist with job postings, screenings, and interviews.
• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience and manage off‑boarding processes, including exit interviews.
• Help administer performance reviews, goal setting, and learning opportunities.
• Maintain HR records, ensure data accuracy in HRIS, and draft company‑wide communications via Slack and email.
• Generate HR reports, identify insights for workforce planning, retention, and employee satisfaction.
• Participate in special projects aimed at continuous improvement of employee experience.

Required profile

• Experience partnering with managers and employees in an HR generalist capacity.
• Ability to coach on HR policies, employee engagement, and performance matters.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• HRIS (human resources information system) proficiency.
• Slack for internal communications.
