About the role
Auxo is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR and people‑operations for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company. This remote, full‑time role will help keep the organization running smoothly as the team scales.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling.
- Manage employee records and HR administration using Rippling.
- Support benefits administration and serve as the first point of contact for employee questions.
- Assist with recruiting coordination: scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offers.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to aid internal operations.
- Help improve HR policies, documentation, and internal processes.
- Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on cross‑functional improvement projects while maintaining confidentiality.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or people operations.
- Hands‑on experience with Rippling.
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
