Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join Saini Logistic Solutions Inc. in Mississauga. The role supports the HR department’s daily operations and helps align people initiatives with the company’s logistics objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assign projects related to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations.
• Coordinate HR activities to ensure they meet organizational goals.
• Direct, control, evaluate, plan and organize daily HR operations.
• Develop, implement and evaluate HR policies, programs and recruitment strategies.
• Review HR projects for compliance with laws and collective agreements.
• Train staff and advise managers on policies, benefits and collective agreements.
• Manage contracts, payroll administration and employee performance appraisal programs.
• Oversee analysis of employee data, preparation of reports and respond to employee inquiries.

• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with client focus and reliable interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize large workloads and meet tight deadlines.
