Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, service‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join Allnorth’s HR team in British Columbia. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will support employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle and help deliver HR programs, processes and services efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, compensation changes and terminations.
• Prepare and administer offer letters, employment agreements, compensation adjustment letters, verification requests and other employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with policies and legislation.
• Administer HR systems, ensuring data integrity and generating reports.
• Support new‑hire onboarding and employee off‑boarding activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee and leader inquiries via the HR Helpdesk.
• Assist with HR programs such as disability management, work‑permit tracking, employee referrals and compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to annual compensation reviews, performance development processes and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CPHR designation or progress toward it is an asset.
• 3‑5 years of experience in HR administration, coordination or operations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and best practices.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and workforce management systems.
