About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Executive Director of Corporate HR & Talent Acquisition and work closely with senior business and functional leaders. This hybrid role (three days onsite per week) focuses on shaping short‑ and long‑term people strategies that align with business objectives across multiple corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to design, implement and evaluate talent strategies covering recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee engagement.
- Provide consulting and coaching to strengthen management capabilities, drive organizational design, succession planning and alignment with corporate goals.
- Navigate complex, ambiguous people challenges, offering sound judgment that balances business needs, risk and enterprise alignment.
- Lead employee‑relations matters, conduct investigations, deliver coaching, progressive discipline and documentation, up to dismissals.
- Manage high‑risk employee‑relations cases involving senior stakeholders, ensuring fair, legally sound outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting rapidly evolving businesses and multiple business units.
- Strong consulting and coaching skills with senior leaders.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations, make strategic decisions and influence outcomes.
- Deep understanding of employment law, HR policies and best practices.
