Human Resources Assistant – Support Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Human Resources Assistant to join our growing HR team. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate new‑employee orientation and maintain accurate employee files.
• Respond to HR‑related inquiries and keep employee records up to date.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with HR procedures and legal requirements.
• Support preparation of HR reports, metrics and documentation.
• Help administer employee policies, handbooks and workplace procedures.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training programs and company events.
• Manage HR correspondence, calendars, meeting schedules and prepare presentations.

Required profile

• High school diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
