HR Technician – 14‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role
The HR Technician will support BCI’s employees throughout their employment journey, working closely with the Business Partnership and Talent Acquisition teams. This 14‑month fixed‑term position offers a comprehensive benefits package comparable to permanent staff.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of administrative HR functions covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries, resolving issues or escalating to HR Business Partners as needed.
- Maintain and continuously improve HR processes and data integrity.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and ensure compliance with employment practices.
- Support talent acquisition activities, including coordination of recruitment documentation and onboarding.
- Assist the HR Advisor in project work and act on their behalf when required.
