About the role
DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Representative to partner with business leaders across distribution centers and regional offices. You will provide strategic counsel, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies while supporting a high‑performing workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide employee relations support and act as an advocate for hourly and exempt staff.
- Conduct internal investigations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Administer audit activities, performance management, and the annual EOS process.
- Train managers on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and sexual‑harassment policies.
- Assist with staffing, succession planning, and associate programs.
- Maintain accurate data in the HRMS system.
Required profile
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field, or at least 5 years of HR experience.
- Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience covering all major HR functional areas.
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and employee communications.
