Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking two energetic Recruiters to join Adecco’s team in North York. In this full‑cycle recruitment position you will source, screen, interview and onboard high‑volume talent across Ontario and New Brunswick, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for certified and customer‑related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Create and maintain job postings on various job boards, social media platforms and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria and interview processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and recruitment best practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation throughout the hiring cycle.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition (agency or in‑house) or relevant internship experience.
• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive and patient approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hiring environment and manage multiple requisitions.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and residence in Canada.
