About the role
We are seeking a Housing Renovator to oversee daily renovation operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, evaluate, and organize daily renovation operations.
- Plan and prepare work schedules and ensure construction permits are obtained.
- Select, employ, and coordinate trade subcontractors.
- Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and sales strategies.
- Recruit, hire, supervise, and train staff or volunteers.
- Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers on plans and specifications.
- Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
- Develop and enforce health and safety plans.

- Flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
