Household Manager & Family Assistant – Canada (ON, MB, SK)

About the role

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers & Family Assistants to support families across Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The role focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with occasional childcare duties.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, groceries, pantry staples and restocking supplies.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries and home‑maintenance providers.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals, assist with weekly meal planning and grocery shopping.
• Handle errands such as post office, pharmacy pickups, and online orders.
• Optional childcare support: school or activity pickups, date‑night assistance, and engaging children in activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, proactive and able to anticipate needs.
• Calm under pressure, comfortable with changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful, able to build trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a background check.
• Vaccinated as requested and able to maintain a smoke‑free environment.

Required skills

• Comfortable using Google Calendar for scheduling.
• Proficient with Amazon ordering platform for household purchases.
