House Manager & Family Assistant – Meal Prep Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive House Manager & Family Assistant to support our close‑knit family in Mississauga. The role focuses on maintaining a peaceful, organized home while preparing fresh, healthy meals and handling day‑to‑day household operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain household organization, daily resets, and coordinate weekly cleaning services.
• Plan, prepare, and pack four fresh dinners per week plus school lunches, emphasizing healthy, fresh ingredients.
• Manage pantry, grocery shopping, and household supplies using apps and in‑store purchases.
• Oversee laundry, linen rotation, and special garment care.
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, home repairs, and outdoor space upkeep.
• Provide administrative support such as travel planning, calendar management, and event coordination.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate household needs without constant direction.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a smoke‑free, fragrance‑free, Christian household.
• Excellent communication skills, respectful and compassionate demeanor.
• Flexible and adaptable to handle both routine tasks and unexpected challenges.
