About the role
The Home Support Worker provides essential personal care and household assistance to clients in their own homes. This full‑time, permanent position supports clients with daily living activities, promotes independence, and ensures a safe, comfortable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support regular exercise such as walking.
- Launder clothing and household linens; mend as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Plan therapeutic diets, create menus, and prepare nutritious meals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Shop for food and household supplies.
- Cook and serve meals according to client preferences.
Required profile
