About the role
The Home Support Worker provides essential personal care and household assistance to clients in their homes. This role involves supporting daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and offering companionship.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and hygiene assistance.
- Assist with feeding or provide feeding support.
- Launder clothing and household linens.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma) required.
- No prior experience needed; on‑the‑job training provided.
- Availability for morning and day shifts.
- Interest in supporting youth and delivering compassionate care.
