Home Support Worker – Personal Care & Household Assistance

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care, companionship, and household assistance to clients in their homes. The role includes a non‑smoking environment with room and board provided, and offers both morning and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and hygiene assistance.
• Launder clothing and household linens and perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, including cooking as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Criminal record check and basic security clearance.
• Reference required.
• Physical ability to handle loads up to 23 kg and perform repetitive tasks while sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
