About the role

The Home Support Worker provides essential personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and a comfortable living environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer bedside and personal care, including assistance with bathing and dressing.
  • Assist clients with regular exercise such as walking.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Work in a non‑smoking home environment (employer’s or client’s residence).
  • Optional live‑in accommodation available at no charge (not a condition of employment).
