About the role
We are seeking a Home Support Worker to provide compassionate personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes. The role involves supporting daily living activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a comfortable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care.
- Administer medications.
- Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene.
- Support regular exercise such as walking.
- Change non‑sterile dressings.
- Feed or assist in feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
