About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide essential personal care and assistance to clients in Mississauga. The role involves supporting daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and fostering a supportive relationship with each client.

Key responsibilities

Administer bedside and personal care.
Administer medications.
Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
Collect specimens.
Launder clothing and household linens.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Provide companionship and personal care.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Required profile

Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
7 months to less than 1 year experience in home support or a similar role.
Physical ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and lift as needed.
Punctual, dependable, and client‑focused attitude.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, days, and overtime as required.
