About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. The role involves supporting elderly individuals and persons with physical disabilities with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene.
- Support regular exercise such as walking.
- Change non‑sterile dressings.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Provide companionship and personal care.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- CPR, First Aid, and Personal Support Worker certificates.
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel and perform repetitive tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, patient and honest.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
