About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personalized care for elderly clients in their own homes in Toronto. You will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment while supporting daily living activities.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including medication management.
- Assist clients with regular exercise, walking, and mobility.
- Prepare, serve, and cook nutritious meals; shop for food and household supplies.
- Perform light housekeeping, cleaning, and pet care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- Reference required and ability to pass background screening.
- Availability for flexible hours, mornings, on‑call, and day shifts.
- Strong punctuality, reliability, patience, and honesty.
