Home Health Care Worker – Personal Care & Support

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Care Worker to provide personal care, companionship, and support to elderly clients in their homes in Concord, ON. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing and other personal hygiene tasks.
• Support regular exercise routines, such as walking.
• Launder clothing and household linens.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Offer personal care and assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Client‑focused attitude with strong dependability and reliability.
• Patience, honesty, and initiative in daily tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lb) safely.
• Pass a criminal record check.
• Flexibility for shift or on‑call work.
• Experience in home care is an asset.
