Home Child Care Provider – Full‑time Permanent

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Home Child Care Provider to join our family on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will work in the employer’s home, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for infants and children of various ages. This role includes both caregiving and light household responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and nutritious meals.
• Bathe, dress, feed, and supervise infants and children.
• Organize games, outings and social development activities.
• Maintain a clean, non‑smoking, scent‑free home environment.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Discipline children according to parents’ guidelines.
• Prepare children for rest periods and monitor their emotional well‑being.
• Assume full responsibility for the household in the parents’ absence.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Criminal record check and ability to handle up to 9 kg weight.
• Client‑focused, organized, reliable, patient and honest.
• Initiative, good time‑management and ability to work independently.
• Experience in child care is an asset.
• Public transportation access is available.
• Willingness to work in a non‑smoking, scent‑free environment.
