Head of Brand

About the role

Lead the brand function for a fast‑growing telehealth company, shaping positioning, patient narrative and creative standards across multiple treatment categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Phoenix’s brand strategy, positioning and value proposition.
• Define audience personas, segmentation and messaging frameworks for the master brand and each treatment line.
• Set creative direction and quality standards across paid, organic, website, lifecycle, content and product experiences.
• Establish brand governance, guidelines and review processes to ensure consistency while moving quickly.
• Partner with Growth, CX, Clinical Operations and executive teams to align strategy, audience priorities and creative execution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level brand leadership experience in high‑growth consumer, healthcare, telehealth or DTC businesses with multiple product lines.
• Proven track record building positioning, persona and messaging systems that scale.
• Experience working in regulated or sensitive health categories, with knowledge of compliance standards such as Health Canada.
